摘　　要：胆管缺损主要是医源性胆管损伤,医源性胆管损伤所造成的后果是极其严重的。胆管损伤修复材料与缺损胆管的愈合程度直接影响患者的术后疗效,对胆管损伤修复材料的研究是研制新型胆管损伤修复最基础的工作。随着高分子材料的飞速发展,修复材料也越来越广泛。希望通过对胆管损伤修复材料的研究,获得对现有的胆管修复材料、性质以及应用等方面的整体认识。Bile duct injury is mainly iatroganie injury,which may cause serious consequences. The healing of bile duet injury and the repair material directly affect the degree of postoperative curative effect,therefore the study of bile duet injury repair material is the basis for developing new bile duet injury treatment. Along with the rapid development of high polymer material, there are more and more repairing materials emer- ging. It＇s hoped that through the study of bile duet injury repair materials,a comprehensive understanding of the existing bile duet repair materials, properties and applications can be obtained.
