摘 要:微血管病变是糖尿病的主要并发症,临床表现为视网膜、肾脏和神经组织损伤,目前因治疗方法有限,严重影响了患者的健康和生活质量。间充质干细胞具有多向分化能力,并能分泌血管生成因子、细胞因子和免疫调节物质,通过神经营养、促进或抑制新生血管、抗凋亡等机制,减轻糖尿病视网膜病变、肾脏病变和神经病变。该文就间充质干细胞治疗糖尿病微血管病变的最新进展进行综述。Microvascular complications are major complications of diabetes and its clinical manifestations are retinal,kidney and nerve system damage. However,the treatments of micmvascular complications of dia- betes are limited which seriously affects the health and living quality of the patients. Mesenchymal stem cell has the potential of multi-directional differentiation and can secrete angiogenic factors, cytokines, and immu- nomodulatory substances which can attenuate diabetic retinopathy, nephropathy and neurepathy through the mechanisms of neumtrophic effects, angiogenesis or anti-angiogenesis and anti-apoptosis. Here is to make a review of the latest developments in the mesenchymal stem cell treatment of diabetic microvascular complications.
