摘  要:糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)发病率高,与糖尿病微血管病变的关系密切。临床微循环检测是一类无创、直观、简便且患者易于接受的检测方法,其指标的改变在一定程度上反映了人体微血管的异常。目前临床常用的微循环检测方法有视网膜微血管检测、皮肤微循环检测、经皮氧分压测定、甲襞微循环检测等,检测DPN患者的微循环并研究微循环与DPN的相关性是近年来研究的热点。微循环检测能够对DPN的发病进行早期风险筛查。The incidence of diabetic peripheral neurepathy(DPN) is high,which is closely related to diabetic microangiopathy. Clinical microcirculation detection is a type of methods featured with non-invasive, intuitive, simple, and easily accepted by patients. The index change, to a certain extent, reflects the microvas- cular abnormalities of the human body. At present, the commonly used clinical microcireulation detection methods include :retinal mierovascular detection, skin mierocirculation detection,transcutanecus oxygen ten- sion measurement, and nailfold microcireulation detection. Detection of microcireulation in patients with DPN and studying the relationship between microcireulation and DPN are the research hotspots in recent years. Microcireulation detection can realize the early screening of risk DPN.
