摘　　要：目的 探讨先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄消化道造影和超声的影像特征。方法 回顾性分析2011年4月至2014年4月延安市人民医院收治的100例先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿资料,入选患儿均得到术后证实,患儿手术前分别进行超声及消化道造影检查,比较两种诊断方法的影像特征。结果 100例先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿造影检查中95例可见幽门管细狭及排空延迟,患儿中42例肩样征,22例菌伞征,18例乳头征,42例线样征,32例双轨征,31例鸟嘴征;97例患儿中超声下为阳性,超声测量幽门肌厚度为5~9 mm,幽门直径为14~21 mm,幽门管长为15~27 mm;超声检测时患儿幽门管长度、幽门管直径以及幽门肌厚度和手术测值比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿采用消化道造影及超声检查诊断时应根据患儿情况确定选择何种诊断方法,帮助患儿早期确诊,为后续治疗提供影像学依据。Objective To study the imaging features of congenital hypertrophic pylorie stanosis in diges- tive tract radiography and ultrasonography. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical information of 100 children with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis Yan＇an City People＇s Hospital from Apr. 2011 to Apr. 2014 was done,all patients were confirmed the diagnosis after surgery, and ultrasound and radiography of the digestive tract were done before the surgery, and the imaging features of the two methods were com- pared. Results Among the 100 cases of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, narrow pyloric canal and gastric emptying delay were observed in 95 eases, and there were 42 cases of shoulder-like symptoms ,22 eases of pileus syndrome, 18 cases of nipple syndrome,42 cases of wire-like symptoms,32 cases of double-track sign, 31 cases of beak sign;97 cases of positive ultrasound result,ultrasonic measured pyloric muscle thickness was 5-9 mm,pyloric diameter was 14-21 mm,pyloric tube length was 15-27 ram;the ultrasonic tested pyloric tube length, diameter, and pyloric muscle thickness had statistically significant differences from the surgery meas, ured values（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion For patients with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, gastrointes- tinal radiography and ultrasound diagnosis method should be chosen according to the patient condition, so as to realize the early diagnosis and provide imaging references for the following treatment.
