北京绿色奥运遗产及其困境与继承

摘　　要：环境问题是北京夏、冬奥运会申办和筹办过程面临的主要问题。从绿色奥运遗产切入,分析了2008绿色奥运理念下的环境遗产:树立了环保理念,推动了城市功能转型,提升了环境伦理观念,开展了环境教育,留下了绿色场馆遗产,构建了环保措施。论述了后奥运时代北京所面临的环境危机使绿色奥运遗产产生了困境,提出北京2022冬季奥运会应当继承2008夏季奥运会的环境遗产。作为奥运史上首座举办夏、冬两届奥运会的城市,承继并反思绿色奥运的理念,有助于2022冬奥会环境保护的实施。Environment is major aspect of concern in the bid of the Beijing Summer and Winter Olympic Games. The environmental legacy of the Beijing Green Games is that a philosophy of environmental protection is built, the transformation of the functions of the city is achieved, the environmental ethics and environmental education are carried out, venues nice to the environment have been built, and environmental protection measures are taken. The Beijing 2022 Winter Games should inherit the environmental legacy of the 2008 Summer Games and put the environmental protection in the first place.
