摘　　要：现在的大学生受到很多社会因素的影响,面临的最大考验就是就业困难的问题,面对新的就业观念和对大学生价值观的种种考验,该怎样才能树立正确的就业观,成为我们应该深入研究的问题,在对现代大学生就业观进行全面总结和分析之后,根据现在女大学生的就业情况进行了总结。The present college students are influenced by many social factors and the biggest test is the employment difficult problem.In the face of the trials of the new employment concept and values of college students,how to set up the correct greatly becomes a problem we should further study.It gives the comprehensive summary and analysis on the modern college students according to the employment of female college students.
