摘　　要：宪法的实施,为我国社会的发展和治理做出了重要的贡献。而在未来较长的一段时间里,宪法都将在社会治理中得到运用。因此,基于这种认识,本文对宪法实施与中国社会治理模式的转型问题展开了研究,从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。The implementation of the constitution has made an important contribution to the development and governance of the society in our country.And in the future for a long period of time,the constitution will be used in social governance.Therefore,based on this understanding,this paper studies the implementation of the Constitution and the transformation of the mode of social governance in China,so as to provide a reference for the people who pay attention to this topic.
