摘　　要：随着办学规模的不断扩大,民办本科高校办学水平不断提高,推进二级教学管理是必然趋势。作为教学运行中具体执行和实施者,教务秘书在二级教学管理中占有重要的位置,其能力水平对教学管理有着很大的影响。规范民办本科高校二级教学管理,提高教学质量,建设一支高水平高素质的教务秘书队伍是关键。With the expansion of the scale of higher education run by the local undergraduate colleges and universities school level enhances unceasingly,to promote the secondary teaching management is the inevitable trend. As teaching in the operation of the specific implementation and implementers,educational administration secretary in the secondary occupies an important position in the teaching management,and its ability has a great influence on teaching management. Standardize non- government secondary undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management,and improve the quality of teaching,construction of a high level of high- quality academic secretary team is the key to the senate secretary.
