摘　　要：在社会经济高速发展的过程中,培养顺应社会发展的创新人才,强化思想政治教育工作已经成为摆在当前的一项重要任务。本文主要结合当前思想政治教育工作及创新人才培养工作发展现状,指出坚持马克思主义人学思想的必要性,并归纳和总结了在思想政治教育、创新人才培养工作中融入马克思主义人学思想的具体对策,以期更好的指导思想政治教育工作的开展,培养出优秀的创新人才。In the process of the rapid development of society and economy,culture adaptation social development of innovative talents,strengthen the work of Ideological and political education has become a place in one of the most important tasks for the.In this paper. Combined with the current ideological and political education and innovative talents training work development,points out that adhering to the necessity of the human theory of Marxism. And summarized and summed up the ideological and political education,the innovative talents training work into the concrete countermeasures of the human theory of Marxism and to the development of better guiding the work of Ideological and political education and cultivate innovative talents.
