摘　　要：当今社会,随着医学科技的迅速发展,各类医疗器械纷繁复杂,医疗器械在带给患者诸多福音的同时,其自身的危险性也令人望而却步。本文将以植入类医疗器械为例,从医疗机构的责任承担出发,将植入类医疗器械侵权案件划分为两种类型,具体探讨特殊类型的植入性医疗器械侵权责任。Today with the rapid development of medical science and technology,all kinds of complicated medical devices,medical apparatus and instruments bring many patients with the gospel as well as the dangers of its own. This class will be implanted medical devices,for example,starting from the responsibility of medical institutions. The class will be implanted medical devices infringement cases are divided into two types,specific to investigate the special type of tort liability medical planted instruments.
