摘  要:采用"热轧+冷轧+退火"法制备Zr-4合金复合板。利用EBSD分析再结晶度和晶粒尺寸,通过弯曲试验和疖状腐蚀试验检测复合板性能。结果表明:再结晶度和晶粒尺寸随着退火温度的升高而增加;当冷轧变形量为7%时,Zr-4合金复合板经550℃保温1 h退火后,其耐疖状腐蚀性能最优且弯曲性能满足要求,确定的最佳退火工艺制度为550℃保温1 h。Zircaloy-4 alloy composite plate was fabricated through the process of "hot-rolling + cold-rolling + annealing ".The recrystallization ratio and grain size were analysed by EBSD,and the properties were detected through bending test and nodular corrosion test.The results show that the recrystallization ratio and grain size increase with rise of annealing temperature.When the sample is coldrolled with 7% and annealed at 550 ℃ for 1 h,its nodular corrosion resistance is preferable and the bending property meets the requirement.It is concluded that when the cold-rolling deformation is 7%,the optimal heat treatment process is annealing at 550 ℃ for 1 h.
