摘 要:当前,我国村级公共权力监督体系仍不健全,存在监督指向配置失衡、监督管理方式滞后、监督主体动力不足、监督整体功效欠佳等问题,难以适应新农村建设的需要。为此,应着力改进监督管理方式,拓展监督指向维度,健全监督动力机制,理顺监督主体关系,不断完善村级公共权力监督体系,以确保村级公共权力的正当行使。Currently,China's village-level public power supervision system is still not wholesome and has problems of supervision orientation configuration losing balance,supervision management mode lagging,insufficient supervision subject motive power,poor supervision integral effectiveness,etc.,which is difficult to meet the demands of the new rural construction.Therefore,we should take great pains to improve supervision management mode,expand supervision orientation dimensionality,improve supervision motive power mechanism,straighten up supervision subject relationships,and constantly improve the village-level public power supervision system to guarantee legitimate exercise of the village-level public power.
