摘  要:介绍1种低损耗大功率S频段波导双工器的设计思路。该双工器利用2个滤波器与E—T型接头匹配实现收发频率的分频。为避免大功率引起的无源交调,保证S频段波导双工器的设计性能,收发滤波器采用了厚膜片滤波器形式,并通过电磁仿真软件进行了仿真优化。测试结果表明该双工器具有低损耗、高隔离、大功率容量等特性,目前已成功应用于多项大型工程中。The design principles and ideas of a kind of s-band low-loss high power waveguide diplexer is introduced in this article. Two designed filters and an E-T jointer are perfectly matched to achieve the division of receiving and transmission frequency. The form of thick film is used in order to avoid passive intermodulation caused by high power and guarantee the performance of the s-band waveguide diplexer. The simulation and optimization are accomplished by electromagnetic simulation software. The test results show that the diplexer has a good performance of low return loss, high isolation and high-power. This diplexer has already been successfully applied in number of major projects.
