摘　　要：粮食产业链条环节众多且核心企业大而不强导致我国粮食产业链转型与升级困难重重。基于产业链增值的相关理论分析以及我国粮食企业的运作实践,本文从产业链纵向延伸、横向拓展和内涵深化入手,引入链条式、链族式、链网式等新概念,以相关主体博弈的视角对粮食产业链的发展的路径模式进行归结研究,构建了能反应粮食产业链增值状态的分析模型,并从相关模式的增值效果判断未来我国粮食产业链的发展趋向,为我国粮食产业链的持续健康发展提供理论依据和决策思考。There are many links for food industrial chain in China,and large scale but less competitive for Large grain enterprises. Therefore,it is difficult to transform and upgrade for food industrial chain of China. In this paper,Based on the value-added theory of industrial chain analysis,and our enterprises operation practices. The authors use of vertical extension of industrial chain,lateral expansion of industrial chain,and Deepen the connotation of industrial chain as the analysis method,from the perspective of game theory of related members e on the development of food industrial chain,and Summarizes the three patterns,including industrial chain,industrial chain group and industrial chain network. In addition,build value-added analysis model,which it can reflect the characteristic state about evolution of industrial chain,and through value-added effect to judge the development trend of the future for grain industry chain. Finally put forward the recommendations,and provide a theoretical basis and decisionmaking thinking for the sustained and healthy development of the food industry chain.
