摘  要:为了避免轮对不平衡对高速列车的影响,针对故障信号的特征,提出一种将经验模式分解(EmpiricalModeDecomposition)与Hilbert包络谱分析相结合的故障诊断方法,先通过实验采集轮对振动信号,然后对振动信号EMD分解从而得到基本内蕴模式imf分量,再对得到的各阶imf分量进行Hilbert包络谱分析,从而进行故障识别。将此法通过LabVIEW编程实现并经实验验证,此法在车速100—200km/h时具有很高识别能力。In order to aviod the impact of unbalanced wheelsets in high-speed trains, according to the characteristics of the fault signals, a new fault diagnosis method is put forward, which combines the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) with the Hilbert envelope spectrum analysis. The vibration signals are collected in experimental tests, and are analyzed using EMD to get the IMF components(IMFs). Then the imf components are transformed by HHT and their Hilbert spectra are analyzed. This identification procedure is implemented with LabVIEW codes. The experimental test shows that when the forward speed of the wheelset is in the range of 100-200 km/h, the fault signals can be identified effectively.
