摘  要:[目的]对海南的8个高良姜居群进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。[方法]利用ISSR分子标记对其进行PCR扩增,采用NTSYS和POPGENE等软件进行数据分析。[结果]高良姜居群水平的多态位点百分率为31.45%,物种水平为65.61%;居群遗传分化系数为0.338 9,聚类树种遗传相似度为0.903处,除海口的两个居群单独聚为一类,其余的6个居群聚类方式没有地理相关性。[结论]海南高良姜较低的(65.61%)和居群外变异(33.89%)等数据揭示了其遗传多样性不高,但发生了一定水平的居群内遗传变异。[ Objectivel Genetic diversity and relationship of 8 populations of Alpinia officinarum from Hainan was analyzed in this study. [ Methods ] ISSR (inter simple sequence repeats) technology was used in PCR, the software NTSYS and POPGENE was used in data analysis. [ Results ] The percentage of polymorphic loci was calculated, within populations was 31.45% , and within species was 65.61%. The coefficient of gene differentiation was 0. 338 9. All of the populations were found grouped into two clusters at the genetic similarity as 0. 903, one of them consists two populations from Haikou, and the other consists the rest populations that shown no geographical relation. [ Conclusion] With the lower percentage of polymorphic loci (65.61% ) with- in species and variation among populations (33.89%) ,which supports the conclusion that genetic diversity of Alpinia officina- rum from Hainan was moderate, but some genetic variations were found within population.
