异戊巴比妥钠两种注射方式对SD大鼠的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对比异戊巴比妥钠对SD大鼠进行腹腔及背部肌肉注射麻醉的效果,探讨两种注射方式的有效性和安全性,指导SD大鼠开腹手术麻醉用药方式。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分成两组,按5 mg/100 g体重给予5%异戊巴比妥钠分别行腹腔及背部肌肉注射。观察并分析两种麻醉方式的SD大鼠麻醉起效和持续时间、麻醉意外情况、麻醉后SD大鼠各项生命体征情况。结果:应用腹腔及背部肌肉注射方式的SD大鼠分别在(3.47±0.87)min、(7.60±0.74)min进入麻醉状态,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉持续时间分别为腹腔注射组(85.57±4.73)min和背部肌肉注射组(83.95±6.19)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组SD大鼠均未出现麻醉意外情况,进入麻醉状态后呼吸有减慢的极显著性差异(P<0.01);两组麻醉前后心率和体温比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:异戊巴比妥钠是应用于SD大鼠的一种有效且安全的中长效麻醉剂,其可减慢SD大鼠的呼吸次数;腹腔注射方式的麻醉诱导时间比背部肌肉注射方式短,麻醉苏醒后无不良反应,是应用于SD大鼠开腹手术的一种较理想的麻醉方式。Objective：To compare the anesthesia effect and Amobarbital Sodium in SD rats with abdominal and back muscle injection and explore the efficacy and safety of two different injection ways and guidance of SD rats abdominal surgery anesthesia medication.Method：A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups,according to 5 mg/100 g weight given 5% different Amobarbital Sodium.The effects of two groups on the onset and duration of anesthesia,the anesthesia accident,and the vital signs of SD rats were compared.Result：Application of abdominal and back muscle injection in SD rats were respectively（3.47±0.87）min and（7.60±0.74）min in anesthesia state,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Anesthesia duration of intraperitoneal injection group was（85.57±4.73）min and dorsal muscle injection group was（83.95±6.19）min,there was no significant statistical difference（P〉0.05）.Anesthesia accidents were not seen in two groups,in the anesthesia state after breathing slows down the very significant difference（P〈0.01）. The heart rate and body temperature were compared before and after anesthesia in two different injection methods,the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Amobarbital Sodium used in SD rats is a kind of effective and safe long-acting narcotic,which can slow the number of breaths of SD rats.Anesthesia induction time of intraperitoneal injection is shorter than that of dorsal muscle injection,after recovery from anesthesia without adverse reactions,is used in SD rats abdominal surgery an ideal anesthesia method.
