摘 要:根据本文设计的小体积消解装置和精密滴定光电检测的原理,建立了一种适合于实现智能化的实验室小体积COD分析方法,并保证消解条件不变。在此基础上构建的小体积消解及自动滴定装置来实现溶液消解和滴定。改进现有滴定装置,实现水样2mL的小体积滴定,并且滴定剂分辨率达到60μg,即小体积高精度滴定。与国家标准手工滴定相比,二者的相对误差〈4%,平行测定的RSD〈4%,加标回收率为99.1%-101.3%。试剂消耗量减少为原来的1/10,减少了人工成本和手工误差,适合在实验室批量测试,对水环境监测具有重要的现实意义。According to the principle of small volume digestion device designed in this paper and the precise titration of photoelectric detection,a small volume COD analysis method is established,realize intelligent laboratory,and ensure the digestion conditions unchanged. On this basis,a small volume digestion and automatic titration apparatus was constructed to realize the solution digestion and titration. The small volume means that the volume of water sample is only 2 m L,and the precision of titration can reach 60 μg. Compared with the national standard of the manual titration,the relative error of these two methods is less than 4%,the RSD for parallel determination was less than 4%,and the recovery rate was between 99. 1% and 101. 3%. The reagent consumption is designed as the original 1 /10. It reduces labor cost and manual error,and is suitable for batch testing in the laboratory. All these improvements have important practical significance to water environmental monitoring.
