摘 要:人体血糖检测是糖尿病治疗的关键问题。传统的血糖检测方法需要采血,造成患者的痛苦和感染的危险。而在无创血糖检测方法的研究中,血液中存在的高浓度大分子物质会造成光谱的严重散射,检测精度无法达到医用需求。因此,避开血液中大分子物质的干扰,寻找到血液的替代媒介是无创血糖检测研究的突破口。本文总结了人体中组织液与血液的关系、组织液在皮肤中的分布、组织液与血液葡萄糖的含量关系、组织液与血液葡萄糖的时间延迟、组织液葡萄糖的检测研究进展,证明了借助组织液作为替代媒介进行近红外无创血糖检测的可行性。The blood glucose detection of human body is the critical issue of diabetes mellitus treatment. Traditional blood glucose detection methods need blood sampling,causing the pain of the patients and the risk of infection. However,in the research of non-invasive blood glucose detection methods,high-concentration of macromolecular substances that exist in the blood can cause severe scattering spectrum,and precision can not meet medical demand. Hence,avoiding the interference of macromolecular substances in the blood and seeking alternative media of the blood is the breakthrough for non-invasive blood glucose detection research. This article reviews the research development of the relationship between tissue fluid and blood in the human body,the tissue fluid distribution in the skin,the relationship between the content of the tissue fluid and blood,tissue fluid and time delay of blood glucose,and glucose detection of tissue fluid. The aid of tissue fluid as a substitute medium used in the near infrared spectra non-invasive blood glucose detection is proved feasible. In total,seventy-four references are cited.
