摘 要:为筛选可提高燕麦(Avena sativa L.)种子发芽及生长的微生物复合肥溶液浓度,用不同浓度(0、2.5%、5%、10%)的微生物复合肥溶液处理种子,观察其发芽情况。结果表明:与对照相比,经微生物复合肥溶液处理后,燕麦种子出苗速度和出苗整齐程度均较好,且低浓度(2.5%)复合肥溶液可促进种子发芽,发芽率比对照(0)提高了21个百分点,而高浓度(10%)明显抑制种子发芽,发芽率相比对照降低了25个百分点,处理后的种子病变率与对照相比降低了39-47个百分点。5%浓度下,叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、叶长、叶宽达到最大(P〈0.05),分别为39.61、10.30cm、2.87cm,比对照增加了5.00%、27.70%和11.50%;各指标在7.5%时与对照差异不大,在10%浓度下的株高、根长及根数量比对照增加了18.30%、12.30%、35.00%。综合来看,低浓度(2.5%-5%)的微生物复合肥溶液利于燕麦出苗,高浓度(10%)微生物肥利于燕麦苗期生长。To filter the optimum concentration of microbial compound fertilizer improving rate of oat seeds, five fertilizer gradient (0, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and, 10%) were used to test seed germination experiments. The results showed that compared with control group (0), oats with compound fertilizer had better oat emergence rate and emergence neat degree with fertilizer; the low concentration (2.5%) could promote the seed germination rate, which was 21 percent points higher than 0 group; the high concentration (10%) obviously inhibited germination rate, which was 25 percent points lower than the 0. The oat with 5% had the maximum of the chlorophyll relative content (SPAD), leaf length, and leaf width, were 39.61, lO.30cm, 2.87cm, and with significant increase of 25.00%, 27.70% and 11.50% compared with 0, respectively. There were no significant difference in the SPAD, leaf length and leaf width between 7.5% and O. Of which dealt with 10% of the fertilizer, the plant height, and root length and root number increased by 18.30%, 12.30% and 35.00% compared with 0. The seed pathological rate dealt with fertilizer declined by 39%-47% than 0. The low concentration (2.5%- 5%) of microbial compound fertilizer was better for oat germination, and high concentration (10%) of microbial compound fertilizer was better for oat seeding stage growth performance, which has major guiding significance in livesto 0 husbandry and artificial grass planting development.
