摘  要:液驱混合动力是重型汽车节能环保的重要方法之一,以码头牵引车为样车进行液驱混合动力的设计计算分析。首先根据码头牵引车工作特性和驾驶循环特点,在满足动力性和燃油经济性的条件下,建立了基于CAN总线并联式液压混合码头牵引车驱动系统;然后对码头牵引车主要部件,包括动力耦合装置、泵/马达、蓄能器、再生制动系统等主要部件进行了参数匹配;最后建立仿真试验模型,进行了仿真实验,试验结果表明样车计算正确,节能效果良好。Hydraulic hybrid technology is one of important methods to significantly improve the fuel-economy for heavy-class vehicles with frequent stop-and-go drive schedules. The main objective of this work was to design a hydraulic hybrid system for a terminal tractor. According to the loading and driving characteristics of terminal tractor, and to meet the power performance and fuel economy, parallel hydraulic hybrid system based on CAN bus terminal tractor is established. Key parameters of the components are calculated, such as the pump/motor, accumulator, and hydraulic regenerative braking system. The simulated model based on Matlab/Simulink is performed according to vehicle actual driving cycle on road. Experimental results strongly validate the correctness of calculating method and good energy saving of the HHV.
