摘 要:在无溶剂条件下,由2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、有机硅二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇和3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷为原料,合成了一系列具有不同有机硅含量的改性聚氨酯弹性体。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)测试对其分子结构进行了表征。通过热失重分析(TGA)、应力应变性能测试和耐液体实验对改性聚氨酯弹性体的热性能、力学性能以及耐水性进行了研究。结果表明,随着有机硅二醇含量的提高,改性聚氨酯弹性体的热分解速率降低,热稳定性有所提高,拉伸强度和定伸模量稍有提高,耐水性能明显改善。A series of modified polyurethane elastomers with different content of silicone were synthesized by 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) , silicone glycol, polytetramethylene glycol and 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diphenyl methane diamine under solvent-free condition. The structures were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). The thermal properties, mechanical properties and water resistance of the modified polyurethane elastomers were studied by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) , stress-strain performance test and liquid resistance test. The results indicated that, with the increase of the silicone glycol dosage, the thermal decomposition rate of modified polyurethane elastomers decreased which meant that the thermal stability enhanced, the tensile strength and tensile modulus increased slightly and the water resistance was improved obviously.
