摘　　要：目的探讨大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑的疗效及安全性。方法 90例患者随机分为3组。治疗组予Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合中药面膜;对照1组单纯予Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗;对照2组单纯予中药面膜。Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗波长1 064nm,光斑6mm,能量1.5~3.0J/cm^2,每周1次。外敷中药面膜每周2次。12周进行疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率83.33%,对照1组63.33%,对照2组50.00%,治疗组与对照1组,对照2组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照1组与对照2组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-fluence and large spot-size 1 064nm Q-switched Nd： YAG laser combined with Traditional Chinese Medicinal facial film for melasma. Methods Ninety patients with melasma were randomly and evenly divided into the treatment group, control group 1 and 2. Patients in the treatment group were treated with laser at energy level of 1.5 - 3.0J/cm^2 and a spot size of 6ram once weekly, and Traditional Chinese Medicinal facial film twice weekly for 12 weeks. Patients treated with laser （ Control 1 ） or Traditional Chinese Medicinal facial film （ control 2） alone served as controls. Clinical efficacy were evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rates in the treatment group, control group 1 and 2 were 83.33% , 63.33% and 50. 00% , respectively （treatment vs. control 1 and 2, P 〈 0. 05 ;control 1 vs. 2, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The low-fluenee and large spotsize 1 064nm Q-switched Nd：YAG laser combined with Traditional Chinese Medicinal facial film is safe and effective for melasma.
