盐酸左西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠及白芍总苷治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹44例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸左西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠及白芍总苷治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的84例患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例,对照组40例。治疗组予口服盐酸左西替利嗪5mg(1次/d)和孟鲁斯特钠10mg(1次/d)及白芍总苷0.6g(2次/d);对照组仅予口服盐酸左西替利嗪5mg(1次/d)和孟鲁斯特钠10mg(1次/d),两组患者疗程均为8周,分别于治疗前和治疗第2,4,6,8周时记录病情积分,于疗程结束时评价临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗8周时,治疗组病情评分下降情况优于对照组病情评分下降情况(P<0.05),且治疗组有效率(86.36%)也优于对照组有效率(50.00%,P<0.01)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应,随访12周,两组患者复发率差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸左西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠及白芍总苷治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹疗效好,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of levocetirizine combined with montelukast and total glucosides of paeony for chronic spontaneous urticaria. Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria were randomly divided into the treatment （N = 44） and the control group （N = 40）. Levocetirizine （5mg once daily） combined with montelukast （10mg once daily） and total glucosides of paeony （0. 6g twice daily） were given to the treatment group for 8 weeks. The control group was treated with only levocetirizine and montelukast. The efficacy and the adverse reactions were evaluated after 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks of treatment. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the severity scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group （86.36% vs. 50.00% , P 〈0. 01 ）. Both groups showed no side effects. The recurrence rates were no significant differences between the two groups after 12 weeks of follow-up（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Levocetirizine combined with montelukast and total glucosides of paeony is effective and safe for chronic spontaneous urticaria.
