摘 要:山西某矿10#煤泥岩顶板受上部采空区积水影响,10#+11#煤联合巷道部分在掘时出现顶板淋水崩解、严重冒顶现象。由于围岩的软化破碎和水对锚固的损伤,致使常规支护手段失效,为此在掘进前对巷道顶板围岩进行取芯勘探,若发现围岩有突水软化迹象,则对巷道顶板采取超前预注浆加固。通过对注浆孔布置、注浆参数、注浆工艺等进行理论分析和工业实践,再对堵水效果、围岩物理特性和位移量进行分析对比,结果表明,对遇水软化的泥岩顶板进行超前预注浆加固,可有效地堵截水源,加固泥岩顶板,提高围岩的整体稳定性,保证巷道安全快速掘进。Mudstone roof of 10#coal layer in a coal mine of Shanxi province is influenced by upper goaf water,and roof watering,disintegration and serious roof collapse occurred in the excavation process of 10#+ 11#united coal roadway.Due to rock crushing and water damage on the anchor,conventional support means are difficult to obtain a good supporting effect.So,advanced grouting technology is proposed for water softening mudstone if signs of water softening are found in rock by using coring exploration technology before heading.Theoretical analysis and industrial tests were made for the arrangement of holes,grouting parameters and grouting technique.According to the analysis of water blocking rate,physical and chemical properties of wall rock,rock displacement,the results showed that:advanced pre-grouting is effectively in intercepting water,reinforcing roof,improving the overall stability of the rock,and ensuring safe and fast roadway excavation.
