摘　　要：提出一种盾构机应用于煤矿巷道掘进建设中安全监控方案,分析了盾构机内部环境重点监控点选择的考量,设计了气体取气测量方法及具体结构方式,介绍了监控系统的主要组成,提出了分站及传感器供电方案以及系统断电控制方案。The paper presents a safety monitoring solution that a kind of shield tunneling machine can use for the construction of coal mine roadway excavation,and analyzes the consideration of key monitoring points selection in internal environment of shield tunneling machine,designs the measurement method of gas sampling and its specific structure way,introduces main components of the monitoring system,and proposes electric power supply plan of substation and sensor and power-off control scheme of system.
