摘  要:兴旺煤矿21608工作面运输巷位于煤柱应力集中带及潜在的瓦斯突出危险性,本文通过工作面上覆岩层"上三带"和底板"下三带"结构特征,分析了布置顶板高抽巷或底板底抽巷穿层钻孔达到21608运输巷卸压及瓦斯预抽都是可行的;进一步通过FLAC3D数值模拟了工作面回采时高抽巷或底抽巷不同的应力分布情况,并考虑到钻孔的工作量,优先选择了布置底抽巷穿层抽采,底抽巷距离16#煤层的垂直距离为8.5 m、距离21608运输巷的水平距离为58 m。现场采取实施75 mm直径、终孔间距为1.5 m的钻场实施瓦斯预抽及煤柱应力集中区卸压,最终保证了21608运输巷的安全掘进。The transportation roadway at 21608 working face in Xingwang Coal Mine is located in the stress concentration belt and has potential gas outburst danger,through the structure characteristics of " upper three zones" of overlying rock and the " lower three zones" of floor,we analyze the feasibility of arranging high drainage gate for roof and crossing holes in end-located drainage roadway to release 21608 transportation lane and gas drainage; we further simulate the stress distribution of high gas drainage gate and end-located drainage roadway during the mining of working face by FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation,and consider the heavy workload of drilling,and the cross-layer extraction by the priority arrangement of end-located drainage roadway.Vertical dimension of end-located drainage roadway away from the 16#coal seam is 8.5 m; the horizontal distance away from 21608 transportation lane is 58 m.Taking the implementation of 75 mm in diameter,hole spacing of 1.5 m drilling field to implement gas drainage and pressure relief of coal pillar,finally,we ensure the safety tunneling of 21608 transportation lane.
