摘 要:为保障5103工作面运输巷的安全掘进,结合5103工作面岩层结构特征分析,运用FLAC3D进行了开挖数值模拟,得出了以下结论:C5煤层无上邻近层,布置底抽巷对C3煤层瓦斯治理效果较好,但底板破坏深度较深且布置在泥岩中增加维护难度;依据布置空间位置对比分析,高抽巷的钻场施工工程量较小;模拟了应力扰动区域范围,相应选择高抽巷的布置方式;5103运输巷左侧紧邻采空区煤柱,优化左侧钻场终孔间距以达到卸压与抽采的作用,最终保证了巷道的正常掘进。To ensure the safety tunneling of transportation roadway at 5103 mining face,combined with characteristics analysis of rock structure at 5103 working face,and further using FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation to carry out the excavation simulation,the paper draws the following conclusions:there is no adjacent layer above C5 coal seam,and arranging bottom drainage roadway has good effect in gas control of C3 coal seam,but the damage depth of floor is deeper and the layout in mudstone increases the maintenance difficulty; according to the constrastive analysis of arranging spatial position,the work amount of drilling field construction in high drainage roadway is smaller; the stress disturbed area is simulated,and the arrangement of high drainage roadway is chosen accordingly; the left side of5103 transportation roadway is adjacent to the coal pillar near goaf,and the optimization of final hole spacing on the left side of the drill field can achieve pressure relief and gas extraction and ensure the normal excavation of mine roadway ultimately.
