摘 要:建立了微波消解电感耦合等离子体(ICP)原子发射光谱(OES)内标法(以Ni为内标物)测定牡丹籽饼中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Co、Se含量的方法。优化了仪器工作条件;8种元素的发射强度,和Ni内标元素发射强度I0之比(R)与各自的质量浓度C在1.00mg/L范围内呈线性关系;相关系数大于0.9960;8种元素的检测限(3S。/N)分别为0.001~0.02mg/L。对样品进行5次测定,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)小于3.0%;加标回收率在96.30%-104.3%范围内。根据£检验法,计算出95%的概率下,牡丹籽饼中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Co、Se的含量。The microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma (ICP) atomic emission spectrometry(OES) in- ternal standard method (using Ni as internal standard) was established to determine the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, Se in peony seed cake. The working conditions of instrument are optimized. The ratio(R) of the emis- sion intensity I of the 8 elements to Ni internal standard elements emission intensity I0 had a linear relationship with the respective mass concentration C in the range of 1.00 mg · L^-1. The correlation coefficient was larger than 0. 996 0. The detection limit (3 Sb/N)of the 8 elements was respectively between 0. 001 to 0.02 mg/L. The samples were tested 5 times, and the relative deviation RSD (n = 5 ) was less than 3.0%. The recovery rate was in the range from 96.30% to 104.3%. According to the t test method, under the probability of 95%, the contents of Ca, Fe, Zn, Se, Mn, Cu, Mg, Co in peony seed cake are calculated.
