摘 要:采用高速旋转冲蚀的方法评价了重晶石对金属表面的冲蚀效果,考查了剪切速度、剪切时间以及加重剂含量对冲蚀速率的影响规律。利用粒度分析仪、扫描电镜以及表面形貌仪研究了重晶石对金属表面的冲蚀作用机理。研究发现,冲蚀速率受冲蚀流速、作用时间、重晶石粒径大小及其含量的影响明显,冲蚀时间越短、流速越大、重晶石粒径越大、重晶石含量越高,冲蚀速率越高。The effect of barite on the erosion wear of metal surfaces was measured after high-speed rotating shear, weighting content and it was evaluated in manners of shear rate, rotating time. In addition, the erosion mechanisms of barite were investigated by particle size analyzer, SEM and 3D profiling system. It was founded that the erosion rate was significantly affected by shear velocity, erosion time, the particle size and solid content of weighting material in system. The higher erosion rate was not only contributed to the higher shear rate, particle size and its solid content, but also to the less rotating time.
