基于文献计量的食品真伪鉴别研究态势分析

摘　　要：基于ISI Web of Science的Science Citation Index(SCI)数据库,本文采用文献计量学方法,采集整理了1905—2014年间的食品真伪鉴别研究相关的文献,借助Thomson Data Analyzer、Many Eyes等工具,分析世界食品真伪鉴别文献情况。通过文献计量分析世界食品真伪鉴别研究态势,总结食品真伪鉴别领域的研究历程,挖掘研究热点和前沿,为食品真伪鉴别科技工作者和决策部门提供参考依据。Based on Science Citation Index（SCI） database in ISI Web of Science, relevant literatures on food authentication during the year of 1905 and 2014 were collected, food authenticity identification documents worldwide was analyzed by bibliometric methods, with the aid of Thomson Data Analyzer, Many Eyes and other tools. Through bibliometric, the research history and trend of world food authentication was analyzed, and research hot spot and frontiers was mined, which could provide sound foundation for researchers and policy-makers.
