摘  要:目的:探讨高山红景天口服液对机体缺氧条件下耐受力的改善作用。方法:将受试动物随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和红景天组,在各种缺氧模型(常压缺氧、密闭缺氧、亚硝酸钠中毒)中检测受试动物的生存时间以及在常压缺氧下考察小鼠负重游泳力竭时间,研究高山红景天口服液对受试动物的缺氧耐受力的影响。结果:与阴性对照组相比,高山红景天口服液能够显著延长大鼠常压缺氧和小鼠密闭缺氧的生存时间(P<0.01),显著延长常压缺氧小鼠负重游泳的力竭时间(P<0.01),延长小鼠亚硝酸盐中毒的生存时间(P<0.05)。结论:高山红景天口服液能显著提高机体的缺氧耐受力。Objective: To investigate the role of rhodiola oral liquid in improving body hypoxia tolerance. Methods: The tested animals were randomly divided into the positive control group,negative control group and rhodiola group. The survival time of animals in various hypoxia models( atmospheric hypoxia,closed hypoxia,sodium nitrite poisoning) was detected and the swimming exhaustion time of mice under normal pressure hypoxia was investigated in order to research the effect of rhodiola oral liquid on hypoxia state in animals. Results: Compared with the negative control group,rhodiola oral liquid could significantly prolong the survival time of rats with normal pressure anoxia( P 〈0. 01) and mice with closed hypoxia( P 〈0. 01),meanwhile,it could prolong the exhaustive swimming time of mice with atmospheric hypoxia( P 〈0. 01) and the survival time of mice with sodium nitrite poisoning( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Rhodiola oral liquid can significantly enhance body hypoxia tolerance.
