苋黄洗剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨苋黄洗剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法:240例婴儿湿疹患儿随机分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组,各80例。观察组采用苋黄洗剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,对照1组采用苋黄洗剂治疗,对照2组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,3组均治疗7 d。比较3组患者的疗效、皮损改善情况及复发率。结果:治疗7 d后,观察组的痊愈率和有效率分别为45.00%和92.50%,明显高于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05)。3组患儿皮损情况均有明显改善,且观察组皮损改善情况明显优于两个对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组复发率为16.67%,明显低于对照1组(31.82%)和对照2组(41.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:苋黄洗剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著,有效率和减少复发率均优于单用一种药物,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of amaranth yellow lotion combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods： Totally 240 cases of infantile eczema in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group,control group1 and control group2 with 80 cases in each according to the random comparison table method. The observation group was treated with amaranth yellow lotion and hydrocortisone butyrate cream,the control group1 was treated with amaranth yellow lotion,and the control group 2 was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream. The treatment course was seven days. The efficacy,improvement of skin lesions and recurrence rate of the three groups were compared. Results： After the 7-day treatment,the recovery rate and the effective rate of the observation group was 45. 00% and 92. 50%,respectively,which were both significantly higher than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2 with statistically significant differences（ P 〈0. 05）. The skin lesions were significantly improved in the three groups,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that of the two control groups（ P 〈0. 05）. After one-month treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 16. 67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group1（ 31. 82%） and the control group 2（ 41. 67%） with statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Amaranth yellow lotion combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of infantile eczema has significant efficacy,and the efficacy and recurrence rate are both better than those of single drug use. The combination is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
