摘　　要：心理脉象是伴随心理活动而产生的,代表某种特定心理活动或心理状态的脉象改变。随着现代社会的发展,身心疾病的发病率明显升高,也促成了区别于传统脏腑辨证的中医"五神"辨证体系的形成。心理脉象与中医五神学说有着密切的联系,初步构建中医五神辨治体系下心理脉象诊断系统,对于心因性疾病、心理性疾病的诊断以及中医心理学客观化研究有重要的参考价值。Psychological pulse condition is associated with psychological activity,which represents the change of psychological activities or mental state pulse condition.With the development of modern society,the incidence rate of body and mind diseases has improved significantly,which contributed to TCM theory of five spirits syndrome differentiation systems that is different from the differentiation of TCM.Psychological pulse condition and the Chinese medicine is closely related to the theory of five spirits.Preliminary building this new syndrome differentiation system has important reference value to the psychological disease diagnosis and objective research.
