消渴脂平胶囊治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究消渴脂平胶囊对2型糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血糖及血脂代谢的影响。方法高脂高糖饲料喂养Wistar大鼠4周后,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)40 mg/kg柠檬酸缓冲液复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将造模成功的大鼠按血糖随机分为模型组、消渴脂平胶囊540、270、135 mg/kg剂量组,取同批次的大鼠12只作为正常对照组。药物治疗4周后,检测大鼠空腹血糖、血脂及肝组织中TC、TG、FFA含量,做肝脏病理组织学检查。结果消渴脂平胶囊540、270 mg/kg 2个剂量在给药后2周即可明显降低动物血糖,与模型组比较,P<0.05,且随给药时间延长效果更为明显。可显著降低糖尿病大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-cho和LDL-cho含量;降低肝脏组织中TC、TG和FFA含量,与模型组比较,P<0.01,P<0.05;减轻肝脏病理组织改变。结论消渴脂平胶囊能明显降低糖尿病动物空腹血糖,改善脂代谢紊乱,对防治糖尿病及伴发的高脂血症具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of XiaokeZhiPing （XKZP） capsule on type 2 diabetic hyperlipemia.Methods Model of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipoidemia was established by a high fat diet （4 weeks） with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotic into Wistar rats at 40 mg/kg dose.Then the rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,540,270,135 mg/kg group,normal group with 12 rats.After treated for four weeks,the levels of glucose and lipid,the pathological lesion and TC,TG,FFA of the liver were evaluated.Results After orally administered for 2 weeks,the blood glucose,TC,TG,HDL-cho,LDL-cho and TC,TG,FFA of the liver in XKZP capsule 540 mg/kg group and 270mg/kg group were declined significantly with model group（P ＜ 0.05）,could inhibited the pathological lesion of the liver.Conclusion XKZP capsule could significantly decrease the blood of fasting blood glucose and lipid,significantly improve lipid metabolism,could treat the type 2 diabetic hyperlipemia.
