摘  要:目的研究参附方提取液经不同肠黏膜的透过特性,探索其口服吸收机制。方法采用Franz扩散池法和家兔肠黏膜进行参附提取液体外渗透实验,以方中有效成分人参皂苷和人参附子总多糖含量为指标,评价参附提取液经不同肠黏膜的透过率。结果制备的参附提取液中,有效成分人参皂苷经空肠和回肠的稳态渗透速率分别为6.054 5、5.299 5 mg/(cm2/h);而另一种有效成分总多糖经空肠和回肠的稳态渗透速率分别为3.653 7、3.230 3 mg/(cm2/h)。结论参附方提取液经肠黏膜的透过性存在区段差异,经空肠的透过性高于回肠,并且人参皂苷在空肠和回肠稳态渗透速率明显高于人参附子总多糖。Objective To research the permeability of ginseng and Radix aconite lateralis preparata (SF) before and after it prepare into emulsion.Methods The percent of passion of the extracting solution was evaluated by anin vitrodiffusion chamber system (Franz) after the membranes were isolated from the intestinal mucosa in rabbits,and the different percent of passion was determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The ginsenoside steady infiltration rate of the extracting solution with dose the extracting solution in jejunum and ileum are 6.054 5 · cm2/h and 5.299 5 mg · cm2/h.The ginseng polysaccharide Steady infiltration rate of the oral micro emulsion with dose the extracting solution in jejunum and ileum are 3.653 7 mg · cm2/h and 3.230 3mg · cm2/h.Conclusion The intestinal mucosal through the performance of extracting solution exist section gap.And the rate after jejunal percent of passion is better than ileum's.
