摘　　要：目的分析中药注射剂致不良反应发生的原因,并提出相应的预防策略。方法通过文献研究并结合自身经验,总结出中药注射剂致不良反应发生的原因所在。结果中药注射剂致不良反应的原因主要包括中药材、患者、药物制备及药物使用等4个方面。结论完善及规范质量控制标准、改进制备工艺,注重患者的个体差异,遵守辨证论治原则、合理规范用药等是预防中药注射剂致不良反应发生的重要措施。Objective Analyze the causes of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods Through literature research and experience,summed up the reason of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Results The main reason is due to the four aspects of Chinese herbal medicines,patient,preparation of drugs and drug use,etc.Conclusion Regulate the quality standards,process improvements,focusing on individual differences to regulate and promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
