岩舒联合依托泊苷在小细胞肺癌维持治疗中的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察岩舒(复方苦参注射液)联合依托泊苷在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)维持治疗中的临床疗效。方法将70例小细胞肺癌患者随机分成治疗组及对照组,各35例,治疗组给予岩舒注射液联合依托泊苷方案全身化疗,对照组给予单药依托泊苷方案化疗。2组化疗均28 d为1个周期,治疗6个周期,每周期治疗后均监测毒副作用。结果治疗后,对照组KPS评分较治疗前有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前、后KPS评分有较明显的改善,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组脱发、肝肾功能损伤等方面的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。消化道反应、骨髓抑制以及疼痛缓解比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岩舒注射液联合依托泊苷方案维持治疗小细胞肺癌,可减轻患者骨髓功能抑制、消化道反应、疼痛症状,在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量,并提升患者对化疗药物的耐受性。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanshu Injection combined with etoposide chemotherapy for the maintain curative in the small cell lung cancer （SCLC）.Methods The 70 cases of small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.35 patients in treatment group were treatment with Yanshu Injection combined with etoposide regimen chemotherapy.35 patients in control group received etoposide regimen chemotherapy alone.Both regimens were repeated every 28 days and 6 cycles.After each cycles,monitored the toxic and side effects.Results After treatment,the control group KPS score decreased significantly than before treatment,no difference （P ＞ 0.05）;the treatment group KPS score have obvious improvement （P ＜ 0.05）.Comparison of two groups of patients with alopecia,liver and kidney function,no difference （P ＞ 0.05）;Comparison of digestive reaction,bone marrow suppression and pain relief,have difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Yanshu Injection combine with etoposide regimen to maintenance therapy in the small cell lung cancer can reduce the suppression of bone marrow function,digestive reaction and pain symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the patient＇s tolerance to chemotherapy drugs.
