清胆胶囊配合双镜联合治疗老年胆囊结石伴急性胆管炎

摘　　要：目的观察清胆胶囊配合双镜联合治疗老年胆囊结石伴急性胆管炎的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,前者采取清胆胶囊配合双镜的治疗方案,后者采取西医双镜治疗,对比2组ALT、AST、TBIL、血淀粉酶、术后并发症发生率、术后排便时间及总住院天数等情况。结果治疗组较对照组在ALT、TBIL、血淀粉酶的下降方面明显加快(P<0.05),术后胃肠功能恢复明显加快(P<0.05),住院总天数明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论清胆胶囊配合双镜治疗老年胆囊结石伴急性胆管炎,可加快患者术后恢复,加速胃肠功能恢复及减少住院总天数。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of duodenal endoscopy combined with laparoscopy plus Qingdan capsule in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and acute cholangitisin old patients.Methods Sixty-two aged patients suffered from choledocholithiasis and cholecystolithiasis were divided into two groups.Thirty-one patients in control group were treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while thirty-one patients in treatment group were treated with Qingdan capsule in addition.alanine aminotransferase,aspartate transaminase,total bilirubin,amylase,complication rate,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time were observed and analzyed.Results Compared with control group,alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,amylase,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time were decreased （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Duodenal endoscopy combined with laparoscopy plus Qingdan capsule is effective and feasible in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and acute cholangitis in aged patients.It has advantages such as better effect,rapider recovery and shorter length of hospitalization.
