摘　　要：目的 探讨血清25-羟维生素D[25-（OH）D]对维生素D（VitD）缺乏性佝偻病（佝偻病）诊断的意义.方法 选取我院2014年12月-2015年12月进行体检或就诊的120例0～1岁婴幼儿为研究对象,分为佝偻病组、可疑组和对照组.采集空腹静脉血2mL,离心取血清,ELISA法测定血清25-（OH）D,全自动生化检测仪测定钙（Ca）、磷（P）及碱性磷酸酶（ALP）.结果 佝偻病组和可疑组血清25-（OH）D水平低于对照组,有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;维生素D缺乏情况佝偻病组、可疑组明显大于对照组,有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 血清25-（OH）D水平检测对早期佝偻病的发现及治疗具有重要临床意义,鉴于婴幼儿血清25-（OH）D存在较多影响因素和正常范围的未确定,建议检测血清25-（OH）D可作为筛查佝偻病的手段之一.Objective To explore the significance of serum 25-（OH）D in the diagnosis of rickets of vitamin D （VitD） deficiency.Methods A total of 120 infants aged from 0 to 1 years old who were admitted in our hospital from December,2014 to December,2015 were included in the study and divided into the rickets group,the suspicious group,and the control group.A volume of 2mL fasting venous blood was collected and centrifuged for serum.ELISA was used to detect the serum 25-（OH） D level.The full automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine the levels of Ca,P,and ALP.Results The serum 25-（OH） D level in the rickets group and the suspicious group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P ＜0.05）,while the comparison between the rickets group and the suspicious group was not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）.The comparison of Ca,P,and ALP among the three groups was not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）.VitD deficiency in the rickets group and the suspicious group was significantly greater than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Detection of serum 25-（OH） D level is of great clinical significance in the early discovery and treatment of rickets.Considering that serum 25-（OH） D level in infants is affected by many factors and the normal range is uncertain,detection of serum 25-（OH）D is recommended to be of the means for the screening of rickets.
