摘 要:选取4大类龙泉青瓷产品为研究对象,使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,对龙泉青瓷的铅镉溶出量进行了检测与评估。该方法具有快速检测、使用便捷的特点,对铅重金属标准溶液在0~100μg·L^(-1),镉重金属标准溶液在0~50μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.99927~0.99979。该方法铅标准物质检出限为0.303μg·L^(-1),镉标准物质检出限为0.069μg·L^(-1)。检测结果表明龙泉青瓷产品的铅镉溶出量均远小于国内外相关标准要求的限量值,是日用食品接触容器的良好器具。4 kinds of Longquan celadon porcelain were chosen as study subjects. The release of Pb and Cd in Longquan celadon porcelain were determined and evaluated by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. This method indicated that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0 -100 μg·L -1 for Pb and 0 ~ 50 μg·L -1 for Cd, with correlation coefficients of 0.99927 - 0.99979. The limit of detection was 0.303 μg·L -1 for Pb and 0.069 μg·L -1 for Cd respectively. The results showed that the release amount of Pb and Cd in Longquan celadon porcelain were far less than the limiting value in domestic and foreign Standards requirement. And Longquan celadon porcelain was quite suitable used as food packaging containers.
