摘 要:为了提高光收发模块封装过程中激光束与光纤的耦合效率,设计了一款高效耦合装置。选取850nm垂直腔表面发射式激光器(VCSEL),给出了平凸透镜参数,并分析了该微透镜性能。为优化光纤阵列接口,提高器件集成度,改进了传统V型槽;从单光源光路分析,以验证光路的合理性并给出了基于VCSEL的120Gb(10Gb×12)并行光收发模块耦合结构剖面图。最后,分析了透镜间的平行误差和光纤端面倾角误差,从理论上计算了耦合效率,并利用Zemax软件进行仿真验证。结果表明:该耦合装置集成度高,封装成本低,耦合效率可达87.90%。In order to improve the coupling efficiency between the laser beam and fiber in the encapsulation process of pluggable parallel optical transceivers, a high efficiency coupling device has been designed. The 850nm ver- tical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) is selected. Besides, plano convex lens parameters is given, and then per- formance of micro lenses is investigating. In order to optimize the optical fiber array port and raise device integration, the traditional V slot has been improved ; Furthermore, for improving the device integration ; the optical path of ration- ality is verified by the way of a single light source path analysis and the profile of coupling structure of 120 Gb( 10 Gb x 12) parallel optical transceiver module based on VCSEL has been also given. Finally, the parallel error between the lens and the slope error of optical fibers is been analyzed, respectively. Also the coupling efficiency is calculated theo- retically and the module is simulated by gration degree and low packaging cost, using Zemax software. The results show that the coupling device has high inte- and the coupling efficiency is up to 87.90%.
