腰硬联合麻醉加鸡尾酒疗法在膝关节镜术后镇痛中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腰硬联合麻醉加鸡尾酒疗法在膝关节镜术后镇痛中的效果。方法将我院收治的47例行膝关节镜手术患者分为两组,两组均给予腰硬联合麻醉,实验组24例应用鸡尾酒疗法进行镇痛,对照组23例注射生理盐水进行镇痛。结果实验组术后6 h、24 h、48 h静息VAS评分[(3.41±0.72)分、(2.83±0.65)分、(1.58±0.37)分]低于对照组[(6.93±1.81)分、(6.70±1.64)分、(5.97±1.42)分],术后24 h、48 h活动VAS评分[(3.46±0.72)分、(2.26±0.43)分]低于对照组[(7.11±1.90)分、(6.72±1.78)分],术后并发症发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(30.43%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉加鸡尾酒疗法可提高膝关节镜术后镇痛的效果。Objective To analyze the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and cocktail therapy on postoperative analgesia in patients with knee arthroscopy. Methods 47 cases underwent arthroscopic knee surgery patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, two groups were given lumbar epidural anesthesia, the experimental group 24 cases of application of cocktail therapy analgesia, the control group 23 cases saline injection for analgesia. Results In the experimental group after 6 h, 24 h, 48 h resting VAS score [（3.41±0.72）,（2.83±0.65）,（1.58±0.37）] lower than that of the control group [（6.93±1.81）,（6.70±1.64）,（597±1.42）], postoperative 24 h, 48 h VAS score [（3.46±0.72）,（2.26±0.43）] was lower than the control group of [（7.11±1.90）,（6.72±1.78）], postoperative complication rate（8.33%） lower than that of the control group（30.43%）, the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia and cocktail therapy can improve the analgesic effect of knee arthroscopy.
