丙泊酚麻醉在内镜下食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 观察研究丙泊酚麻醉在内镜下食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗术的临床效果。方法 选择2013年1月~2015年1月于我院就诊的肝硬化患者共48例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组24例患者采用常规治疗,观察组24例患者在丙泊酚麻醉下行食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗术,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组患者术前、术中和术后的收缩压、舒张压、心率和呼吸频率低于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者手术视野、食管蠕动和术中出血情况优于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在内镜食管静脉曲张硬化剂治疗术中应用丙泊酚麻醉方式,可显著改善患者的生命体征,减少术中出血,优化手术视野。Objective To investigate the study of propofol, including the clinical effect of endoscopic varicealsclerotherapy surgery. Methods A total of 48 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis were chosen from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group, 24 patients were treated by conventional therapy, observation of the group of 24 patients in propofol anesthesia endoscopic varices hardening agent therapy, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The observation group of patients, intraoperative and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate after surgery was significantly lower than the control group, between the two was statistically significant（P0.05）, the operative field observation group, esophageal peristalsis and blood loss was significantly better than the control group patients, two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of propofol in endoscopic esophageal varices in the treatment of anesthesia, can significantly improve the patient＇s vital signs, reduce intraoperative bleeding, optimize the surgical field of vision.
