摘　　要：目的探讨弯血管钳在咽异物取出中的临床应用价值。方法用1%丁卡因行咽部黏膜表麻后,在间接喉镜下使用弯血管钳行咽部异物取出。结果 60例急诊时段就诊患者均为鱼刺,50例顺利取出,其中扁桃体异物10例,舌根处异物20例,会厌谷处异物15例,咽侧壁异物5例。结论弯血管钳在咽异物取出中操作简单,容易掌握,且无需特殊专业器材,患者容易配合,治疗费用低,适合基层医院的开展。Objective To study clinical application value on curved vascul ar clamp in removing foreign body from hypopharynx. Methods With 1% dicaine anesthesia for pharyngeal mucosa after use for pharyngeal foreign body in curved forceps under indirect laryngoscope. Results 60 cases of periods of emergency department patients are fishbone, 50 cases were taken out smoothly, including 10 cases of foreign body in tonsil, tongue Department foreign body in 20 cases, 15 cases of epiglottic vallecula foreign body, pharynx side wall foreign bodies in 5 cases. Conclusion Curved hemostat in pharyngeal foreign body removal has the advantages of simple operation, easy to master, and no need of special professional equipment, patients are easy to match, low treatment cost, suitable for primary hospital to carry out.
