急诊ICU中急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 对急诊ICU中急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的临床价值进行分析及判定。方法 选取给予传统治疗的患者作为A组,给予无创呼吸机治疗的患者作为B组,各16例,收治时间为2014年2月~2015年1月,并对两组患者的Pa O2、Pa CO2、RR、HR统计及对比。结果 B组患者的Pa O2、Pa CO2、RR及HR等指标均优于A组,P〈0.05。结论 给予急诊ICU中急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机治疗的效果显著。Objective Analysis and determination of the clinical value of noninvasive ventilator in emergency ICU patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure. Methods Patients given conventional treatment as group A, administered to patients non-invasive ventilation therapy as group B, from February 2014 to January 2015, and the two groups of patients with Pa O2, Pa CO2, RR and HR statistics and comparison. Results Pa O2, Pa CO2, RR and HR and other indicators are better than group B patients in group A, P0.05. Conclusion Give emergency ICU with acute heart failure and respiratory failure in patients with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment effect is remarkable.
