纳美芬联合亚低温治疗对心肺脑复苏患者GCS与APACHE Ⅱ评分及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析纳美芬联合亚低温治疗对心肺脑复苏患者GCS与APACHEⅡ评分及预后的影响。方法 选取2014年2月~2016年5月转入我院ICU心肺复苏成功的患者66例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组（n=34）和对照组（n=32）,观察组给予纳美芬联合亚低温治疗,对照组给予亚低温治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后两组肛温比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后GCS评分高于对照组,APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组病死率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=4.246,P〈0.05）。结论 纳美芬联合亚低温治疗可提高心肺脑复苏患者GCS评分,并降低其APACHEⅡ评分,从而促进患者神经功能的恢复,改善患者的预后。Objective To analyze the effect of nalmefene combined with mild hypothermia on the score and prognosis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with GCS and APACHEII. Methods 66 patients with successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our hospital were selected from February 2014 to May 2016, according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group（n=34） and control group（n=32）. The observation group was given nalmefene combined with mild hypothermia treatment, control group received mild hypothermia treatment we compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）, after treatment, the GCS score of observation group was higher than that of control group, APACHEII score was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）, the mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.246,P0.05）. Conclusion Nalmefene combined with mild hypothermia therapy can improve cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with GCS score, and reduce its APACHEII score, so as to promote the recovery of neurological function, improve the prognosis of patients.
