摘　　要：目的探讨不同质控模式就医疗设备风险管理中的的应用价值。方法根据本院具体情况,以所涉及820台医疗设备为对象,随机均分为研究组及对照组,研究组采用戴明循环模式进行风险管理,对照组则采用失效模式与效果分析进行管理,对比分析两组管理效果。结果通过不同质控模式实施后,两组医疗设备故障次数均明显降低,且对比无显著差异。结论两种质控模式均适用于医疗设备的风险管理。Objective To explore the application value of different quality control modes in the risk management of medical equipment. Methods According to the specific situation of our hospital, involved in 820 sets of medical equipment as the object, were randomly divided into study group and control group, study group using Deming cycle model of risk management, control group using failure mode and effect analysis and management, comparative analysis two groups the management effect. Results After the implementation of different quality control mode, the two groups of medical equipment failure times were significantly reduced, and there was no significant difference. Conclusion Two quality control modes are applicable to the risk management of medical equipment.
