摘　　要：目的探讨暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理方法。方法我院对收治的50例暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果 50例暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者中恢复健康的有28例,外科手术进行辅助治疗成功的15例,患者死亡7例。结论对暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者进行有效的临床护理,可以促进患者良好的治疗效果,减少并发症的产生,降低暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者的死亡率。Objective To investigate the nursing care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 50 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 50 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in 28 cases, 15 cases were successfully treated with surgery, 7 patients died. Conclusion The outbreak of severe acute pancreatitis patients were effective clinical care, can promote the patients with good treatment effect, reduce complications and reduce mortality in patients with severe acute pancreatitis outbreak.
