光催化处理造纸法再造烟叶高浓度有机废水研究

摘  要:采用单因素试验设计方法,研究了50kg·h^-1、1000kg·h^-1光催化设备处理造纸法再造烟叶高浓度有机废水。结果表明:①中试光催化设备对造纸法再造烟叶高浓度废水COD的去除效果非常明显,经50kg·h^-1光催化设备处理,COD去除率最低为99.61%,最高可达到99.70%;②经1000kg·h^-1的光催化设备处理。出水pH明显增大,最大达到6.5,COD去除率最高可达到99.66%;③同时发现设备运行时间超过25h以上,出水pH和COD去除率波动较大,出水pH最低为6.2,COD去除率最低为99.58%;④要保持运行效果、延长使用寿命,应定期清洗1000kg·h^-1光催化设备。In order to treat paper-making reconstituted tobacco high concentration wastewater, the single factor experiment of wastewater treatment was studied by using the photocatalytic equipments (50 kg·h^-1 and 1000 kg·h^-1). The results show that: 1) COD removal of the high concentration wastewater is very obvious at least 99.61% and highest 99.70% by the 50 kg·h^-1 photocatalytic equipment. 2) Treated by the 1000 kg·h^-1 photocatalytic equipment, the effluent pH increased significantly, the highest pH is 6.5, and the highest COD removal rate is 99.66%. 3) The effluent pH and COD removal rate are fluctuant when the device runs over 25 h, but the effluent pH could reach 6.2 at lowest, and the lowest COD removal rate could be 99.58%. 4) To clean the 1000 kg·h^-1 photocatalytic equipment regularly can improve treatment efficiency and prolong the equipment life.
